We, NetMedia, Inc., use PayPal™ exclusively for all NetMedia® transactions. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to shop with us. However, if you already have a PayPal Account, your check out process will be familiar and convenient. In addition to PayPal, we accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Orders are limited to $1,000 and to U.S. shipping destinations only. International Web Payment and Shipping Destinations are not available. Please contact NetMedia Sales for International sales options. Arizona Sales Tax applies to items delivered within the State of Arizona. In addition, local city sales tax applies to items delivered with in the town of Oro Valley, AZ. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. All items will be billed at current prices.

If you are receiving e-mail from us, it is because at some point you, or someone with access to your e-mail account, either requested information or placed an order with us and are receiving status notifications.
All orders are shipped the same day or within 24 business hours via UPS Ground. We use UPS exclusively and do not use third party shipping accounts. Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for your shipping address. UPS Ground shipping is $10.25 for all orders and will be automatically calculated into your total upon check out. Contact NetMedia for International Shipping Options. Freight Charges are solely the responsibility of the customer. All shipments are FOB Tucson, AZ. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail from UPS no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date.
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from NetMedia before shipment. The RMA number must appear on all packages and the return must be shipped prepaid by a traceable method. Warranty replacement product will be shipped back pre-paid UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS. Non-Warranty Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Prior approval of an RMA number is required. A minimum restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price applies to all open boxed products in new working condition. A higher restocking fee may be assessed for missing or damaged parts. Undamaged factory sealed boxes may be exempt from the restocking fee, at NetMedia’s discretion. Warranty Returns & Repairs may be made within the product specific warranty period. Prior approval of an RMA number is required. If the in warranty product failed due to a manufacturer’s defect, then the product will be repaired or replace with new or refurbished product or credit issued. Out of Warranty Returns may be repaired at a nominal charge for parts and labor and returned with shipping charges added to the invoice. Prior approval of a RMA number is required. If a repair estimate is required before repair, please request the estimate when requesting the RMA number.
NetMedia, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the duration of each product's warranty period from the date of purchase or NetMedia will repair or, at its option, replace the defective product. Please keep your purchase receipt. In the unlikely event that you need warranty service, contact NetMedia for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Then, return the product, with the RMA number clearly marked on the package, by a traceable method with freight pre-paid and accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt to:

No expressed or implied warranty is made for any defects in the products which result from accident, abuse, failure to operate the products in accordance with relevant instructions, neglect, immersion in or exposure to chemicals or liquid, extreme climate, excessive wear and tear and defect resulting from other extraneous causes such as unauthorized disassembly, repair and or modification. Any implied warranty arising from the sale of the products, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the warranty stated above. NetMedia shall not be responsible for any loss, damages or expenses, whether direct, consequential or incidental that arise from the use or inability to use the products. Some states do not allow limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
